Rybelsus tablets (semaglutide) are used for adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus to control blood sugar levels. Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, diarrhea, or constipation may occur. Nausea usually lessens as you continue to take semaglutide. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly
